    1-How do I place an order?

    Answer: Choose one of the following options:

    2-Who do I call assistance with my order? 

    Answer: If you need help placing your order from our online catalogue, please call our Sales Department at 450 608-3113, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can also send us an E-mail and we will contact you as soon as possible.


    3-How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Answer: Most orders will be ready for delivery by courier within  a maximum of 2 or 3 business days after we receive your order and approval for the customized text. 


    4-How can I receive a sample card?

    Answer: Simply click the button on the  homepage of our Website. 


    5-How do I calculate the unit price an order of, say 150 or 250 cards?

    Answer: The unit price is the one which corresponds to the quantity of cards shown just below the quantity you wish to order. 


    6-How do I pay for my order?

    Answer: We offer the following payment options: 

    Cheque or credit card (We accept MasterCard and Visa)



    7-What are the payment terms and conditions?

    Answer: Yes 

    You can select several card models, provided you order a minimum of 10 cards per model (without text). 

    For cards with text, the minimum is 25 cards per model 


    8-Can I select several card models? 

    Answer: You can provide a customized text at no extra cost.

    10-Can I use a bilingual text? 

    Answer: Yes, you can provide a bilingual text. 

    Simply enter your texts on the order forms.


    11-Are envelopes included with my order?

    Answer: Yes, white envelopes are included with each order.


    12-Can I have a text printed inside the cards? If so, is there cost? 

    Yes. There is no fee for the first layout with your logo, greeting, and signature.

    Additional charges may apply if you have several different signatures and logos. It all depends on the project. We will contact you in such case.


    13-Can you print our logo on the front and/or on the back of the cards ?

     Answer: Yes, but you must provide us with a high resolution image of your logo in an EPS  file format.


    14-Can my logo be printed inside the cards?

     Answer: Yes, your company artwork (or trademark) can be printed on the cards.


    15-Can signatures be printed on the cards?

     Answer: Yes, this is called a signature logo. The charge is $35.00. Please contact us.  One of our highly trained reps will be more than happy to assist you.


    16-Can I change my order?

    Answer: Yes, it may be possible for you to make changes to your order, depending on how far along it is in the production process. Call (please do not fax) our Customer Service Department at 450 608-3113. 


    17-Am I required to make a donation to a foundation?

    Answer: No 

    If you choose to make a donation, we will print the following message inside your greeting cards (top left-hand corner),

    : A donation will be made to (name of foundation of your choice). 

    This statement will not go unnoticed. By contributing to a foundation, you will be helping a good cause and enhancing your company's image.  


    18-What if I'm not satisfied with my order? 

    Answer: If you're not completely satisfied with your order, just call us or send an e-mail to
