    How can I place an order with you?

    Who should I contact if I encounter difficulties with my order?
    Answer:
    If you experience difficulties with our online order form or have any other questions, please contact our customer service by phone at (450) 608-3113, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, or by email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    How long does it take to receive my order?
    Answer:
    The delivery time depends on the volume of orders pending, but it generally takes 2 to 3 business days after approval of your proof.

    What are the payment methods?
    Answer:
    By check, bank transfer, or credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa).

    What are the payment terms?
    Answer:
    For corporations, payment is net 30 days.

    When ordering cards without text, can I choose multiple designs?
    Answer:
    Yes, for cards without text, you can choose multiple designs with a minimum of 10 cards per design. For cards with text, the minimum quantity is 25 cards per design.

    Can we provide a custom text, and are there any additional fees?
    Answer:
    Yes, you can provide custom text at no additional charge. Please send it via the order form or by email to commande@editionsdevillers.com.

    Can we print bilingual text?
    Answer:
    Yes, we can print bilingual, trilingual, or multi-language text. Please clearly specify your needs on the order form.

    Are envelopes included in the price?
    Answer:
    Yes, white 100% recycled envelopes are included in the price.

    Can we print a logo inside the card, and are there any fees?
    Answer:
    Yes, we print logos with no charge for the first setup. If you have multiple setups, signatures, or different logos, additional fees may apply depending on the project. We will contact you if that is the case.

    Can we print our logo on the front and/or back of the card?
    Answer:
    Yes, you can print your logo on the front and/or back of the card. Please provide the logo in high resolution (.eps) and indicate your preference.

    Can I have my logo inside the card and/or on the front?

    Answer:
    Yes, you can include your logo inside the card and/or on the front of the card. Please mention this in the order form.

    Is it possible to insert my signature inside the greeting cards?
    Answer:
    Yes, it is possible to insert your signature. Please provide the signature in electronic format. Note that there will be an additional charge of $35.00 for this service. Contact us for more details.

    Can I modify my order once it has been sent to your offices?
    Answer:
    Modifications may be possible depending on the stage of your order. Please contact customer service directly at (450) 608-3114.

    Is it mandatory to make a donation to a foundation?
    Answer:
    No, making a donation to a foundation is not mandatory. If a donation is made, we will print a notice inside your greeting cards to indicate the contribution to the foundation, which can enhance your campaign.

    If I am not completely satisfied with my order, what should I do?
    Answer:
    If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please call us or send an email to commande@editionsdevillers.com. We will take the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction.
